Anatomy Trains Structural Integration
Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) is designed to unwind the strain patterns residing in your body’s locomotor system, restoring it to its natural balance, alignment, length, and ease to free and reposition facial fabric, along with re-integrating the movement patterns so there is ease in finding efficient positioning and movement.
ATSI can be seen as a companion to osteopathic or chiropractic care, coming from the perspective of making adjustments to the fascial system so that tissues stay in place. The new alignment and movement pattern simply becomes part of who you are, not something you have to work at or repeatedly see a practitioner to maintain.
