Peggy is currently a master’s student of Couples & Family Therapy at Trinity Western University. She has experience working with children, youth, and young adults in non-profit, private, and cross-cultural settings. These experiences grew her passion and compassion to accompany others through unique journeys of healing, transition, and self-discovery.
Peggy offers a family systems lens that draws from Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. She brings a warm and empathetic presence, believing that safe space, safe presence, and collaboration are key to exploration, healing, and meaningful change. Peggy is drawn to working with individuals, children, and families of all backgrounds. She feels honoured to come alongside and co-witness a part of their story together.
